1. Dictionary

by any person or legal entity, and whether for damages, injunction or other remedy and whether found in a breach of contract, negligence or other torts, breach of any statutory duty or any other legal equitable or other regimes;

“Content” means any data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video messages, prices, information or other material;

“Loss or damage” means but is not limited to, loss of or damage to property, damage to reputation or goodwill, personal injury or death, as well as direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs, expenses, lost savings and lost profits;

“Member” means anyone who joins the Website by completing online registration that includes providing an email id ;

“Product” means a digital file such as a blog article document that can be virtually downloaded;

“User” means a person who uses the Website who is not a Member;

“You” or “Your” means either a User or a Member or both depending on the context of the clause of these terms and conditions.

2. Your Agreement

Products sold on this Website are digital goods. By accessing, viewing or using the Website, You acknowledge, accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy (available at https://blogwriting.co/privacy-policy), collectively referred to as Terms. These Terms contain important information about the purchase and delivery of these virtual goods, including limitations of liability. You must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Purchase

Any User or Member can buy a product on this Website.
The products sold on this Website are Blog articles, sold as digital documents. They are instantly downloadable once you have successfully paid the price for each. Pictures or images, if shown in the Blog article, are not part of the product. If the product shows images, there will be a link to the source, where you may purchase the same, if available to do so. The source may be a third-party site. Please read section 5, titled ‘Third-party liability’ of these Terms, before you visit any third-party site.
A blog article product contains text on a certain topic. Each blog article product before purchase shows an abstract or summary and the main keywords in the article. On purchase, the entire text of the article is disclosed to you.
The primary purpose of blog articles is to provide fresh and relevant content to support your digital assets online. Towards this, we take utmost care to ensure our products are original on the internet, and, hold all rights to it. Once you purchase the product, all rights to the product are transferred to you, and the product content is disclosed to you.
We use modern tools to check for plagiarism to make sure our product content is original. However, no tool can fully guarantee this. If you find and can prove that the product content you bought is not original, within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you in full.
If you need text changes made to products you buy from us, additional fees apply for each word change made. Each addition, deletion or modification is separately counted, and, every revision is counted. Each word change costs $0.2. An upfront fee of $100 applies for all change requests. On completion, this fee will be deducted from the total fee charged.

4. Member

There are certain parts of the Website which are accessible to a Member only.
As a Member, You will have a password, user name and account upon completing the Website’s registration process.
